Manchester Camerata's teamed up with BBC Music Magazine to livestream the Portrait of Love concert to their website.

This Saturday's concert of works inspired by love – including pieces by Webern, Brahms and Tchaikovsky, live from the Royal Northern College of Music, will be available at www.classical-music.com.

This Portrait of Love concert opens with a performance of Webern’s Langsamer Satz which was inspired by the composer’s future wife, Wilhelmine Mörtl.

Brahms’s Liebeslieder Waltzes follow and then mezzo-soprano Anna Stephany joins the orchestra for Dvoƙák's Love Songs in an arrangement by David Matthews.

Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir de Florence – dedicated to the patron he never met, Nadezhda von Meck – closes the concert.

The concert starts at 7.30pm and BBC Music Magazine will also be on twitter during the concert using the hashtag #CamerataPortraits.
