Based on the famous Venezuelan mass music-making scheme ‘El Sistema’, In Harmony Telford & Stoke is one of six national programmes, working with young people and their families to put music at the heart of their communities. The programme is a partnership between Manchester Camerata, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Telford & Wrekin Music and City Music Service, Stoke, and is supported using public funding by Arts Council England and the Department for Education.
