GREEN PIECE - MANCHESTER CAMERATA AT THE 2009 WORLD FORUM, VENICE
On Friday 2nd October Manchester Camerata took part in a live synchronised concert with Venetian ensemble ExNovo. The collaborative performance of Green Piece, a new work composed for the occasion by Michele Dall'Ongaro, was broadcast via the web to delegates of the 2009 World Forum on the Environment, gathered at the Doge's Palace in Venice.

MANCHESTER CAMERATA AT THE BBC PROMS, JULY 2009
Manchester Camerata in rehearsal at St Aidan's Church in Didsbury, Manchester, on 17th July 2009. The orchestra performed at the Royal Albert Hall on 20th July 2009 as part of the BBC Proms. The programme was James MacMillan's choral masterpiece Seven Last Words from the Cross and Haydn's Seven Last Words of our Saviour on the Cross.
